We understand that unexpected changes can happen. For direct bookings with Lush Properties West Midlands, our policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, to be determined at the discretion of management.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our property partners, while helping us maintain affordable and high-quality stays. We encourage guests to double-check their travel plans before confirming a booking and consider travel insurance for added flexibility.
